Download and install this application
Step 2:- Get your certificate and key and place it in any folder in memory card
Step 3:- Open the application and Go to Settings check the fields SELF SIGN CERTand SELF SIGN KEY
Step 5:- SELF SIGN KEY PASS-None 
Step 6:- SIGN CERT-Select your individual certificate which you copied to your memory card
Step 7:- SIGN KEY-Follow the above step and browse your key file.

Then follow, Step 
1:- Open Free Signer
Step 2:- Add task- Browse for the sis or sisx file you need to sign
Step 3:- You will get three operations namely, SIGN SIS, SELF SIGN SIS,REMOVE SIGN
